The second day of World Rugby U-20 Championship opened with Argentina – France match. France won in a tough match.

Los Pumas won the first half 7:3. The second half turned out to be more interesting. At the 44^th minute Daireaux scored a try and used conversion. After that France scored two tries, one conversion and one penalty and advanced at the 64^th minute. Argentina scored a try in three minutes – 19:18. At the 71^st minute Arrate scored a penalty but Tomas Albornoz also scored a penalty and dropkick goal in four minutes.

Argentina could not manage to keep advantage: Boniface scored a try at the end of the match – 25:26.

The both teams have 6-6 points.
