Ireland Beat "The Lelos"

The Georgia national rugby union team could not parry offences of Ireland in the second half, moreover, when the Georgians played with 14 and 13 players. Finally, they were scored 6 tries and lost 7:49.

In the first half “The Lelos” tried to stop the Irish offences and to attack but the Georgians made lots of mistakes. Ireland had several chances to score try but scored penalties and the half had to finish 6:0. However, the English referee sin-binned Giorgi Begadze and Ian Madigan scored another penalty – 9:0.

At the beginning of the second half the Georgians lacked a player and were scored try. Soon our opponent scored another try – 23:0.

After that Giorgi Nemsadze managed to score try and Merab Kvirikashvili used conversion.

The Georgians hoped to minimize score but the referee sin-binned Dimitri Basilaia.

The hosts used advantage and scored the third try. Lasha Malaguradze got injured and could not go on playing. He was taken with stretcher and only 13 Georgians were left on the field.

The Georgians found it hard to do anything against Ireland and finally, lost 7:49.

The Georgia national team will come back to Georgia and on November 23 they will play Ireland.
