Georgia Made Canada Lose Position

The Georgian national rugby union team earned 1,2 points in IRB ranking by beating Canada 19:15 last weekend. “The Lelos” are still in the 16th place.

Canada is ahead of us. The Canadians lost 1,2 points and the 14th place. Japan lost in Scotland and exchanged places with Canada. Romania beat Tonga 19:18, earned 1,56 points and is in the 17th place.

Next weekend “The Lelos” will earn 0,30 points in case of defeating the USA. If Georgia wins with 15 or more points, we will gain 0,45 points. In case of draw, the Georgians will lose 0,70 points. In case of losing with 15 points, we will lose 1,70 points.

Many matches are to be held next weekend. Progress or regress of Georgia depends on Romania-Canada, Russia-Japan matches.
