"Spartak" Won as a Result of Tries Scored by Georgians

 


Several matches before ending regular championships of Russia, “Spartak” of Moscow beat “Fili” 43:27, scored four tries first time during this tournament, gained premier point and kept the chance of playing in play-off.
As far as you know a lot of Georgians play for “Spartak”, Giorgi Minadze scored the first try. Mamuka Khechikov stopped the ball in half meter from penalty area, Minadze took the ball and scored. Soon, Shalva Kikvadze ended the attack with scoring try. Minadze scored double in the second time. It was the fourth try for, but not the last. “Spartak” scored try again. Goderdzi Joglidze brought 8 points to “Spartak”, he scored conversion kick and 2 penalty kicks.

 There were 9 Georgians in the staff of “Spartak” and 4 of them were substituted. In the previous match, these following Georgian players: Khechikova (Kvantidze substituted him at the 68th minute), Kikvadze ( was substituted at the 55th minute), Kvantidze (was substituted at the 41th minute by Eristavi), Minadze (Dakhundaridze at the 61st minute), Kvernadze, Goglichidze, Makharoblidze, Tutberidze (at the 55th minute), Adanaia (was substituted at the 48th minute) and Joglidze, who appeared on the field at the 61st minute.
“Spartak” has 21 points after 15 matches, it is in the 9th place and it is 1-1 point behind the clubs which are in the 7-8th places.  As far as you know, 8 teams go through the play-off.
