According to the Georgian Rugby Union Chief of Medical Service (team doctor) Giorgi Chumburidze, Merab Kvirikashvili’s condition is stable and his life is not in danger. He had multiple bruises and now is in ward.

The condition of Ani Buadze (wife of M. Kvirikashvili), Giorgi Lominadze and his wife are critical but stable. All of them are on controlled respiration. All patients are in Kutaisi. Today, maxillofacial surgeon will arrive to assess the situation and plan the primary maxillofacial surgery.
